Margot Salami is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience managing various aspects of hotel and restaurant operations. Currently serving as Manager at Café Joyeux since January 2023, Margot previously held the position of Chef projet junior at PARIS SOCIETY, handling budget creation and sourcing for OS&E.
