Julia Falsetto

Julia Falsetto, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Controller at Cafe Maxx since July 2023. Prior to this role, Julia worked as a Human Resource Coordinator at Human Resource Consulting from May 2022 to August 2023. With a background in Human Resources and Administration at Total Network Consulting from January 2021 to June 2023, Julia brings a wealth of experience to their current position. Previously, Julia held the role of Director of Human Resources and Administration at JEY Hospitality Group from September 2009 to January 2020. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Nova Southeastern University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/marketing from Florida Atlantic University (2005-2009).
