Lydia McCosker

Lydia McCosker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and tax consulting. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Synlait Milk Limited since September 2025, Lydia has previously held the role of Group Finance & Tax Manager at PGG Wrightson Ltd from March 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Lydia worked at Deloitte from February 2020 to March 2023, progressing from Tax Consultant to Senior Tax Consultant. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Taxation from Victoria University of Wellington, completed in 2019.
