Lisa Herrmann

Lisa Herrmann, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, safety, employee relations, and loss prevention. At Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Safety and Employee Relations. Their responsibilities include managing insurance policies, coordinating worker's compensation claims, overseeing employee relations and engagement, and conducting fraud investigations. Previously, at JCPenney, Lisa served as District Loss Prevention Manager and Area Loss Prevention Leader. Lisa also worked at Kohls as a Loss Prevention Supervisor. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Ball State University.
