Becca Clark has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Becca started their career in 2007 as an intern with the Counseling Department at Focus on the Family. From there, they worked as a case manager at Ireland Home Based Services, where they supervised in-home visits and developed treatment plans for cases involving children in need of services. Becca then moved on to Shepherd's Gate Counseling Center, where they completed counseling training and provided counseling sessions to clients of diverse backgrounds. In 2008, Becca joined Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs as a Work Services and Community Participation Case Manager, identifying clients' assets and barriers and establishing volunteer sites within the community. At Woodmen Valley Chapel, they served as a Creative Program Coordinator, overseeing special events and weekly student services, recruiting and managing volunteers, and organizing mission trips. In 2012, Becca became the Manager of Parenting & Youth at Focus on the Family, before transitioning into various roles at Raptive, including Account Manager, Director of Account Management, and currently as the VP of Creator Partnerships Management.
Becca Clark attended Samford University from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. In 2007, they also attended the Focus on the Family Institute for a short period, earning a certificate with an emphasis on Psychology and Leadership. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, Becca attended Denver Seminary to pursue further education in Counseling.
