Imke Bähr is a Principal Service Designer at Caffeina | Ideas Never Sleep. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Imke co-founded nois3, a creative web agency based in Rome, Italy, serving as Design Researcher from September 2013 to June 2022, following the evolution of nois3lab, a design studio established in 2007. Imke has also contributed as a Design Researcher at PSC Consulting from February 2020 to January 2022 and as a Communication Consultant at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" between August 2011 and August 2014, focusing on strategic communication and management for the "Master UX- User Experience" program. Additional experience includes Project Manager positions at Codemotion and nois3lab, as well as working as a senior account at The Gate srl from September 2005 to September 2010.
