Thiago Oliveira has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with their role as a Product Manager at Intercâmbio Global, where they developed a new product and managed e-Marketing and Social Media. Thiago then moved on to Grupo DMC as a Product Manager, managing multiple projects and teams.
In 2014, Thiago joined Runrun.it as the Head of Sales and Customer Success, responsible for scaling the department and implementing data-driven sales strategies. Thiago also worked as a Product Manager, prioritizing product backlog and planning roadmap based on stakeholders' expectations.
Thiago continued their career at CargoX as a Product Manager, Loggi as a Growth Marketing Manager and later a Staff Product Manager, and SumUp as a Senior Manager of Growth. At SumUp, they led a large team and tripled the sales consultants' results with minimal headcount increase.
In 2021, Thiago joined Loft as the Director of Product Management, overseeing the creation of growth tribes, MarTech strategy, and other initiatives. Thiago then moved on to Huspy as the Head of Digital Growth before taking on the role of Advisor at Nectar. Currently, Thiago holds the position of Head of Growth at CAFU.
Thiago Oliveira's education history includes several programs and certifications. In 2005, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Management in Tourism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Thiago then proceeded to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from the same university from 2005 to 2008. Continuing their education, Thiago pursued an MBA in Business Management at BSP - Business School São Paulo from 2010 to 2012.
In 2013, Thiago obtained a PEC (Program for Continuing Education) in Business Intelligence from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. The following years saw him acquiring certifications, such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in September 2015 and Management 3.0 from Adaptworks in July 2015. In addition, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance in February 2015.
Thiago's pursuit of professional development continued with various programs and courses. In 2017, they completed a formation in Product Management from Gama Academy. Further expanding their skill set, Thiago participated in a course on Artificial Intelligence for Marketing and Growth at Growth Tribe in 2018 and a course on Digital MKT and Product Growth from Tera in the same year. Moving forward, they delved into growth and engagement, completing a Growth - Retention + Engagement Deep Dive program at Reforge in 2019.
More recently, Thiago has been actively pursuing executive education. Thiago is currently enrolled in the Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they began in 2021. That same year, they also obtained a certificate in MarTech Strategy: Leveraging Data and Technology in Marketing from Northwestern University. Additionally, Thiago completed a program in Product Leadership at Reforge in 2021.
