Samuel Tourbot

Samuel Tourbot has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Samuel began their career in 1997 as a Professional Services Consultant at Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked until 2004. Samuel then moved on to roles such as EMEA Professional Services Manager and Technical Group Manager at the same company, from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as EMEA Professional Services Director at Alcatel-Lucent, overseeing a team and ensuring successful project delivery. Samuel joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 2013 and held various positions including WW Customization PS Director, Head of South East Asia, Head of APAC Technical Sales & Services, and most recently, Head of Cloud Business Engineering. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to align processes, achieve project goals, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Samuel Tourbot has a diverse education history. Samuel obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Informatics from ENIB in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in coaching from Université de Bretagne Occidentale. In 2010, they completed a program in Marketing & Strategy at emlyon business school. Furthermore, they earned a Telecom degree with a specialization in Informatics from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in the years 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in 2019.
