Ravivarma Vasan

Ravivarma Vasan has extensive experience in credit risk and analytics, currently serving as Head of Credit Risk & Analytics at Cagamas Berhad since September 2020, after holding the position of Vice President, Risk Governance & Control. Prior to this, Ravivarma worked at Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja as an Audit Manager, and spent nearly a decade at Bank Negara Malaysia as a Bank Examiner, leading a supervisory team to evaluate banking institutions' financial health and risk management processes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tax Consultant at EY and an Auditor at CHUAH KIM SENG & CO. Ravivarma holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universiti Malaya.
