Justin Holstein is a construction manager at CAGE Civil Engineering since September 2022, bringing extensive experience from a previous role as Civil Engineer II at V3 Companies from June 2017 to September 2022. Prior to this, Justin served as an engineering division intern at the Village of Gurnee, where responsibilities included inspecting infrastructure and collaborating on large-scale roadway improvement projects. Justin holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 2012 and 2017.
