Costa Monica is a Senior Buyer at STRABAG since May 2023, responsible for procurement in major construction projects across various categories including civil engineering and infrastructure. Prior to this role, Costa held the position of Responsabile Acquisti at Fabbri Costruzioni SRL from April 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included contract management and supplier negotiations. From January 2005 to March 2022, Costa served as a Senior Buyer at CIMS SCRL, engaging in commercial negotiations for the procurement of equipment and materials. Early career experiences include roles in purchasing and production management at Ferco SRL and SARS SNC. Costa holds multiple degrees from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, including a Laurea in Giurista d'Impresa and two degrees in Economia Aziendale.
