Kıvanç YAYCILI has extensive work experience, with their most recent position being the CEO of Cahan Holding since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mars Overseas (PepsiCo) as the Ticari Genel Müdür Yardımcısı from January 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Mars Overseas, they held the position of General Director at Babek sirab asc from January 2009 to March 2019.

Kıvanç YAYCILI attended Gazi University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Technology.
