Jeff Hopper

Jeff Hopper has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jeff started their career in 2006 as the Creative Architect and Owner at Hopper Consulting, where they developed custom software solutions and authored technical materials. In 2010, they worked as a .NET Developer Contractor at Navistar Inc., rewriting applications in Visual Studio .NET. Jeff also served as a .NET Developer Contractor at Advantage Health Solutions and Stericycle in 2007. In 2011, they worked as a .NET Architect Contractor for the State of Indiana, designing and implementing state agency systems.

In 2013, Jeff co-founded Level Up Development, where they served as the CTO and led a team of software engineers for various client projects. Jeff utilized a range of technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS, NoSQL, Cordova, ReactNative, Amazon Web Services, and MS Azure.

In 2017, Jeff joined Thinkful as a Web Development Mentor and simultaneously started working as an Information Technology Consultant at CAI. At CAI, they served as a Project Manager and later became a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Jeff coached product owners and team members in Agile processes and managed resources. In 2022, they became a Senior Agile Facilitator & Coach before transitioning into the role of Director of Technology Operations in 2023.

In 2020, Jeff worked as a Technical & Product Advisor at PropelUp, offering their expertise in the field. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated skills in Agile methodologies, project management, software development, and technical leadership.

Jeff Hopper attended Purdue University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
