Roger Ouimet

Roger Ouimet is a Global Director of Program and Project Management at CAI, focusing on operational readiness and improvements. With over two and a half years of expertise in project management and lean manufacturing, Roger leads teams to deliver impactful solutions. Previously, Roger served as Deputy Chief of Staff at NR CNE-CNA N3, where they enhanced operational planning capabilities. Their extensive leadership experience includes commanding naval units and guiding cross-functional teams, which underscores a strategic approach to operational excellence. Roger holds a degree from the United States Naval Academy.
