Richard Wiggins

Richard Wiggins, CFA, CAIA, holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Editorial Board member at the CAIA Association since June 2021, Richard has a solid background in investment management. Previously, Richard was the Senior Investment Officer at Iowa PERS from June 2022 to February 2023, and from 2012 to 2020, Richard worked at Aramco as an Investment Officer specializing in strategy and risk, focusing on strategic asset allocation for pension plans. Richard also held the position of Senior Consultant at Summit Strategies Group from 2011 to 2012, managing relationships with state pension funds and foundations, and served as Chief Investment Strategist at Citizens First Bancorp, Inc. from 2008 to 2011.
