Manny Cardozo, ACLS, has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Manny currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Caine & Weiner, beginning in June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at Bell Auto Subrogation and BELL, LLC from May 2016 to June 2021. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Director of Business Development at ConServe.

Before entering the subrogation industry, Cardozo served as the Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region at Euler Hermes Collections North America from September 2011 to August 2013. Manny also held the prestigious role of Chief Operating Officer at Bell, LLC, where they worked from January 2009 to September 2011.

Earlier in their career, Cardozo was the Director of Sales for the U.S. market at NCO Financial Systems, a role they held from 2001 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Alexander & Hamilton, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Manny'swork experience also includes serving as General Manager at Westec Security Systems from 1990 to 1995.

Manny Cardozo, ACLS earned their Bachelor of Science degree in English from Sacred Heart University, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
