Loretta Chapa

Loretta Chapa has extensive experience in the financial and collections industries, holding key leadership roles in various organizations. As AVP of Collections at Caine & Weiner, Loretta architected controls and QA/QC programs. Prior to this position, Loretta served as Quality Control Program Manager at USAA, overseeing a portfolio of loans exceeding $1B. Loretta has also worked as Compliance Officer for the Collections Unit at Security Service Federal Credit Union and as Default Operations Manager at SACU, where responsibilities included managing the entire collections process. Earlier experience includes roles as Collections Supervisor at Wells Fargo, Director of Collections at Phoenix Recovery Group, and Director of Collections at PRO Consulting Services, Inc. Loretta Chapa holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
