Terri Cramer

Terri Cramer is a seasoned professional in client services and debt collection with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Client Services at Caine & Weiner since July 2005, Terri specializes in various services including domestic and international debt collections, first party outsourcing, and letter-writing services. Prior to this role, Terri spent over 14 years at Commercial Services Group, Inc., where responsibilities included sales and collections, emphasizing client relations and account recovery. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Credit Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, where decision-making on credit accounts and training staff in financial analysis were key responsibilities. Terri holds an Associate of Arts degree in Credit Management from Jefferson Community College, Kentucky, completed between 1993 and 2000, and graduated from Jeffersontown High School in 1973.
