Kenny Luong

Kenny Luong's work experience includes a role as a Software Developer at CAIPA MSO, where they worked on developing and maintaining legacy C# Windows WinForms and Web Form software. Kenny has extensive experience in adding new features and updating existing ones in these projects. Kenny has demonstrated the ability to effectively work with C# and various other technologies to deliver high-quality software solutions. Kenny also worked as an IT Specialist at CAIPA MSO, where they provided technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, and networking. Kenny assisted with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and related equipment, as well as the onboarding of new employees and the development of IT policies and procedures. In addition, Kenny worked as an Identity Management Consultant at NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications and as a Class Coordinator at United East Athletics Association.

Kenny Luong attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2014 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology. From 2020 to 2021, they further pursued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician.
