Mark Stieler

Mark joined Cairn Capital in 2007 and is the Head of Credit Research across Multi Asset Credit and Structured Credit and a member of the General Management Committee. Prior to joining Cairn Capital, he was an associate director in GE Capital’s distressed debt and restructuring business where he led distressed debt investments in mid-size companies. Prior to that, he worked in M&A and LBO advisory with Goldman Sachs and London-based boutique Hawkpoint Partners. Earlier in his career he worked for several years in strategy consulting with Arthur D. Little’s Paris and San Francisco offices.
