Shaun Wood

Shaun joined Cairn Capital in 2006 and is the Chief Legal Officer, responsible for legal oversight of all aspects of its business, and a member of the General Management Committee. Prior to his appointment as Chief Legal Officer in June 2019, Shaun was a senior lawyer in the legal team. He was admitted as an attorney in South Africa where he worked for two years at a leading corporate and commercial law firm, with particular focus on banking and finance.
