Manoj Kumar Gaur is an experienced geologist with a comprehensive background in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Principal Wells Operations Geologist at Cairn Energy, Manoj has held several key positions, including Project Operation Manager for Offshore at Vedanta Limited - Cairn since February 2018 and Team Leader of Geological Operations at Cairn Energy India Pty Ltd since 2008. Manoj's contributions include optimizing geological operations and utilizing advanced formation evaluation technology for efficient drilling. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Reliance Industries Limited, where Manoj participated in the world’s largest gas discovery, and positions at Tullow Oil India Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, and Geoservices India Limited. Manoj holds an M.Sc. in Applied Geology from Kurukshetra University.
