Amit Rathi

Amit Rathi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas, mining, and power sectors. Currently serving as Finance Controller and Head of Growth Projects at Cairn Oil and Gas since July 2020, Amit has previously held various leadership roles at Hindustan Zinc, including Head of Finance for both Mining and Power Business, as well as positions in finance controlling, investment management, treasury management, and financial planning from 2006 to 2020. Amit's career began at Citi as an Industrial Trainee and includes foundational experience as an Article at RSM & CO. Amit holds a Chartered Accountancy designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com in Finance from Jai Narain Vyas University.
