Avantika Oli

Avantika Oli currently serves as CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, having held various HR leadership roles since June 2014, including Head HR Production SBUs and Lead HRBP Operations & Projects. Previous experience includes a tenure at EY from 2009 to 2014 as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, and at Inductis as a Programmer Analyst in 2006. Additionally, Avantika worked as a Software Engineer at Aricent from 2004 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a PMIR in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (2000-2004).
