Ghayda Haddad has a diverse work experience. ghayda started their career in 1999 as a trainee lawyer at the Jordanian Courts and later became a lawyer, holding a membership at the Jordanian Bar Association. However, they chose not to continue in the field of law for personal reasons. In 2001, they joined Cairo Amman Bank, initially as a Customer Service representative and later became the head of customer service. ghayda is currently working at the bank and may consider returning to the field of law in the future, depending on changes in legislation.

Ghayda Haddad's education history begins with their attendance at Greek Catholic Secondary School, where they completed their studies in the scientific field in 1994. After this, they went on to pursue higher education at the University of Jordan from 1994 to 2008, specializing in law. During their time at the university, they successfully obtained a degree with a "good" academic standing.
