Head Of Customer Service at Cairo Amman Bank

Serine Musleh began their work experience in 2010 as a Participant/Intern in the Business Women Forum. Later in the same year, they worked as an Accountant at BDO NATIONAL BROTHERS for a brief period. From October 2010 onwards, they joined Cairo Amman Bank as a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), and gradually progressed to become an Assistant Head of Department. In March 2019, they were promoted to Head of Customer Service at Cairo Amman Bank, a position they currently hold.

Serine Musleh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Birzeit University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2020. The MBA program focused on Business Administration and Management, with a general approach. Prior to their MBA, Serine Musleh earned a Bachelor's degree from Bethlehem University between 2006 and 2010. Serine'smajor was Accounting, with a minor in business. This educational background indicates a strong foundation in accounting and business management.
