Alyssa Bayer

Alyssa Bayer is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching social studies and history. Currently serving as a 7th grade Social Studies Teacher at John Wallace Middle School since November 2022, Alyssa has also contributed as a substitute teacher in both Catskill Central School District and Greenville Central Schools since November 2016 and September 2015, respectively. Additionally, Alyssa has held a long-term substitute teaching position at Cairo-Durham Central School District since September 2014 and worked as a History Teacher at Brookwood Secure Center from February 2018 to September 2020. Alyssa holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from SUNY New Paltz.
