Ambika Sukla

Ambika Sukla serves as Managing Director and Head of AI at CAIS since March 2025, following a tenure as Lead Enterprise Architect for AI at Salesforce from January 2024 to March 2025. Previously, Ambika co-founded and led NLMatics as CEO from June 2019 to January 2024, developing advanced technologies in question answering, semantic search, and data extraction. Ambika's extensive career in the financial sector includes roles as Executive Director of AI and Machine Learning at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2019 and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where notable contributions included the architecture of P&L and regulatory systems. Early experience also includes a position as Architect at Starpoint Solutions. Ambika holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology.
