Josette Leslie

Josette Leslie is Chief Financial Officer of CAIS. Josette is an accomplished finance and business executive bringing more than 25 years of experience as a finance leader across banking, fintech and technology sectors. She most recently was the CFO of Affinity, an enterprise SaaS technology company, where she skillfully balanced process and creativity, guiding the company towards remarkable growth and operational efficiency. Prior to Affinity, Josette enjoyed 7 years at Squarespace, the website building and e-commerce company, playing a critical role in their 2021 IPO and their post-IPO transition as a public company. She spent 11 years at E*TRADE holding various leadership positions within brokerage finance building and scaling the analytics and finance function. Earlier in her career, Josette held finance roles at Instinet and began her career as an analyst and portfolio manager at PNC Bank.

Josette received a BS in finance and accounting from Leonard Stern School of Business at NYU. She has also earned her CFA designation.
