Matt Geffken

Matt Geffken has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Matt currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at CAI Software, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at iCIMS as a Portfolio Director from 2019 to 2021. Matt also worked at Jibe, Inc., where they held various roles including VP of Product, Senior Director of Product Management, and Director of Customer Success from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they worked at SNP as a Director of Product Management and Product Manager from 2009 to 2014. Matt also had a role as a Business System Analyst at SNP from 2007 to 2009. Their earliest work experience was as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Cetova Corp from 2006 to 2007.

Matt Geffken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Muhlenberg College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Matt then pursued a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Stevens Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Matt has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2014, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2013, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in June 2013.
