Ajai Sharma

Ajai Sharma is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product management and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer at CloudFactory since July 2025, Ajai leads a global team of over 100 staff and oversees platform vision, technical roadmap, and enterprise delivery. As cofounder and CEO of Holomorphic AI Labs from January 2023 to July 2025, Ajai focused on developing reliable enterprise-grade AI agents. Prior to these roles, Ajai was Head of Product for Deep Learning SageMaker at Amazon Web Services, where Ajai launched and scaled a pioneering AI platform, and at McKinsey & Company, where Ajai led the development of ML models for major industries. Ajai's career also includes strategic initiatives at US Capital Global. Ajai holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MBA from The Wharton School.
