Barbara Boucher has a strong background in financial strategies, regulatory matters, and operational processes within the capital markets space. With experience at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and National Bank of Canada, Barbara has held positions overseeing derivative products operations, legal documentation, and business transformation. Barbara holds an MBA in Finance and IT from HEC Montréal, a Law Degree from Université de Montréal, and a Certificate of Proficiency in Spanish from McGill University. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Theology at Université Laval.
