Bruno Duguay

Bruno Duguay is a highly experienced professional who has served in various senior roles in the fields of compliance, corporate security, anti-illicit trade, and corporate social responsibility. Currently, Bruno holds the position of Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). Prior to this, Bruno Duguay has held significant positions at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, showcasing their expertise and leadership in strategic advisory, compliance, and legal matters. Bruno has a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Common law and Civil law from McGill University and an Executive Education Program in Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School.
