Fay Aroub has an extensive background in talent management and HR operations, having worked in various leadership roles at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, SNC-Lavalin, and Randstad Canada. Currently serving as a Board Member at Association québécoise de prévention du suicide, Fay's experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is highly valued in the organizations Fay has been a part of. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Manitoba, Fay is well-equipped to drive success in HR functions.
