Frederic Lesage

Frederic Lesage is an experienced executive and board member with a diverse background in infrastructure, transportation, and energy sectors. Currently serving as an LPAC member for Energize Ventures Fund and Energize Ventures Fund II, as well as a board member and chairperson for Student Transportation of America, Lesage also holds a significant role as Managing Director of Infrastructure at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). Additional board memberships include IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. and previously DP World Canada. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer and President & Managing Director at TAQA, where strategic leadership and operational integration were key focuses. Lesage's career began at McKinsey & Company, delivering consultancy on strategy and organizational design. Academic background includes an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal.
