Mariem Zribi

Mariem ZRIBI has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Responsable du capital humain at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations since June 2012. In this role, Mariem ZRIBI has been responsible for establishing and developing the HR structure, formulating HR strategies and policies, and implementing programs related to recruitment, training, career management, and compensation. Prior to this, Mariem ZRIBI worked as Responsable relations publiques at SIFE ISCAE, managing public relations and event preparations, and as a Commerciale at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTING NEW TECH, contributing to marketing strategies and client management. Additional roles included administrative support and customer service positions at Direct Phone Service and HP. Educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees in Human Resources Development and Management, obtained from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises de Tunis and the Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration of Tunis.
