Ana Carvalho Gomes is a seasoned professional in training and talent development with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Head of Training & Talent Development at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Ana has held positions such as PMO - Project Manager Officer and Quality Improvement Manager. With a background as a Senior Trainer at Universidade do Algarve and a Safety & Health Professional Trainer at Instituto Superior de Linguas e Administracao, Ana has also contributed to the field of occupational safety through co-authorship of the Professional Manual of Hygiene, Safety, Health and Accident Prevention Work at Verlag Dashöfer Portugal. In addition, Ana has served as Training & Development Manager at MPV Consultores. Ana Carvalho Gomes is pursuing further education at AESE Business School and holds a degree in Leading Human Resources from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
