Helder Gaspar

Helder Gaspar has extensive experience in communications and engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Communications Department at CGD since May 2003, where responsibilities also include overseeing the Engineering Communications Department and managing telecommunications projects. Prior to CGD, Helder Gaspar held the position of Head of Core Planning Department at Oniway from 2000 to 2002 and worked as a Team Leader at Oni from 1998 to 2000, as well as at CPR Marconi from 1990 to 1998. Helder Gaspar earned a degree from Universidade de Aveiro between 1984 and 1989.
