Sofia Rocha

Sofia Rocha has extensive experience in business intelligence and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Business Insights at CGD from May 2023 to June 2024. Prior to this role, Sofia worked at EDP Portugal as a B2C Sales & Churn Strategy Specialist from April 2019 to May 2023 and as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Passio Consulting from February 2017 to March 2019. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Information Management with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management from NOVA IMS Information Management School and a degree from Faculdade Ciências Universidade Lisboa, completed in December 2017.
