Mayana Aguilar

Mayana Aguilar possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as an Analista de RH at Caixa Vida e Previdência since November 2021 and at Mais Brasil Mercados since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the termination process and recruitment and selection. Previously, Mayana worked at Coca-Cola FEMSA as an Analista de RH from February 2018 to September 2019 within one of the largest beverage companies globally. Mayana's career in HR began at Capgemini, where an 6-year tenure as Assistente de RH established a strong foundation in the field. Mayana holds a postgraduate degree in Coaching and Mediation of Conflicts from Faculdade UNINA, completed in December 2021, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from UNIESP, earned between 2015 and 2017.
