Jaume Masana

Jaume Masana has been a member of CaixaBank's Management Committee since January 2023.

He has a degree in Business and a Master's in Business Administration from ESADE, and a Master's in CEMS, Community of European Management Schools, from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan, Italy). He also completed the International Management Program at Stern - New York University (Graduate School of Business Administration).

He joined CaixaBank in 2013 and was the Regional Director of Catalonia from 2013 to 2022. In January 2023, he was appointed Business Manager at CaixaBank, and is in charge of the commercial network of branches, retail banking, corporate banking and private banking.

Before joining CaixaBank, he worked in Catalunya Caixa (2010-2013), Caixa Catalunya (2008-2010) and Caixa Manresa (1996-2008).

He has also worked in private equity in Granville Holdings PLC (currently Baird Capital) in Barcelona and London, and in the treasury department of JP Morgan in Milan (Italy).

He has taught international finance and investment banking at the ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
