Jordi Nicolau

Jordi Nicolau has been a member of CaixaBank's Management Committee since January 2023.

In the year 2000 he graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Barcelona and obtained an MBA at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

He completed the Program for Managerial Development (PMD) at IESE in 2002 and the “Leadership and Commitment” postgraduate programme at ESADE in 2006. In addition, Jordi obtained a Master of Advanced Studies, Third Year, from the Universitat of Girona in 2009 and completed the “Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice” (LEAP) programme at INSEAD in 2019.

He is currently Head of Payments and Consumer. He joined CaixaBank's commercial network in 1995 and has held the position of Deputy Director and Executive Director of the Territorial Direction of Catalonia, Director of the Territorial Direction of Barcelona and Head of Retail-Costumer Experience & Día a Día.
