Rocío Navarro

Rocío Navarro served as HR Manager at CaixaBank in 2018, where they supported the company's people-related processes and collaborated with senior leadership on HR strategies. Prior to that, they held various roles at Barclays from 2007 to 2015, including HR Business Partner and Interim Head of Learning & Resourcing, where they managed talent and learning initiatives. Rocío also worked as an HR Business Partner at Liberty Seguros from 2003 to 2007 and as an HR Generalist at Genesis Seguros Generales, S.A. from 1997 to 2003. They earned a Psychology Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1993 and 1998.
