Juan Carlos del Cueto Martin has extensive experience in compliance and legal advisory roles, currently serving as a Compliance Officer at Caja Rural de Asturias since March 2003, while also holding memberships in multiple professional associations, including ASCOM and the Asociación Colombiana de Oficiales de Cumplimiento. With a law degree from Universidad de Oviedo and advanced certifications in compliance, anti-corruption, and financial intelligence from institutions such as the University of Basel and ACAMS, Juan Carlos has demonstrated a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and legal frameworks. Additionally, Juan Carlos presides over the Discipline Committee of the Federación Asturiana de Pesca y Casting and has previously contributed as a member of the Permanent Assembly at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Oviedo.
