Miguel Garcia de Eulate has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Miguel began their career at Caja Rural de Navarra in 1993, where they held various roles including Head of Treasury and Capital Markets, Director of Private Banking, and Manager of Corporate Banking. During their time at Caja Rural de Navarra, they were responsible for wholesale funding, liquidity portfolio management, and retail distribution of financial services. Miguel also managed capital market issuance programs and maintained relationships with investors, rating agencies, and ESG analysts.

In 2007, Miguel Garcia de Eulate joined the European Association of Co-operative Banks, where they served as a member and later chairman of the Financial Markets Working Group.
