Erika Buckley

Erika Buckley serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Hope House Foundation since August 2022, focusing on providing transitional housing and essential services to individuals and families in need. In addition, Erika co-owns Worth Dimes LLC, a comprehensive social services organization offering various support services, including substance abuse rehabilitation and job search assistance. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Cajon Valley Union School District and previously a Behavioral Health Technician at MeBe, Erika has experience working with high school students with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Past roles include Community Manager at Hyder Management, Community Director at ConAm Management Corporation, and various positions in property management, emphasizing staff supervision and financial reporting. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University, earned between November 2021 and May 2023.
