Charisse Regina Arnold Palaad

Charisse Regina Arnold Palaad, MS, BCBA, is an experienced Behavior Intervention Specialist currently employed at Conejo Valley Unified School District since September 2025. Previously, Charisse served as the Assistant Director of Academic Development and Senior Behavior Analyst at ABS Kids, where responsibilities included mentoring and supervising teams, overseeing patient caseloads, and providing training in applied behavior analysis.
