Thu Nguyen

Thu Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thu started their career at Apex Dalat LTD in 2002, where they worked as a PA to the general director and planning executive until 2008. Thu then joined Dalat Hasfarm as a secretary to the Board of Directors from 2008 to 2011. Thu Nguyen then moved on to Thanh Cong Securities JSC, where they served as an HR & Admin Manager from 2011 to 2016. Thu then joined Shinhan Securities Co. as an HR Manager from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Thu Nguyen worked as an HRBP Manager at LINE Vietnam (Blue Ink - a subsidiary of Line Vietnam). Thu then became the Human Resources Director at PATTA International from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Thu Nguyen held the position of Head of HR & Admin at BE GROUP and later moved to Cake by VPBank - Digital Bank, where they also served as the Head of HR & Admin.

Thu Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in English from Dalat University between the years 1998 and 2002. Thu then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a Fund Management Certificate in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from SSC Vietnam, although the specific start and end years for this certification are not provided.
