Tung Mai has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tung recently worked at Cake by VPBank - Digital Bank, where they held the positions of Data Analysis Manager and Associate Data Analysis Manager. Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Planning & Analysis Specialist at the same company. Tung also has experience in the banking sector, having worked as a Senior CRM Credit Card Business Analyst at Home Credit Vietnam and as a Senior Finance & Risk Reporting Specialist at FE CREDIT. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Business Applications Systems Administrator at Publicis Groupe. Tung's early career included roles at HSBC, where they served as a SwD Officer and SwD Assistant.

From 2006 to 2009, Tung Mai attended VNUHCM - University of Science, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
