Matthew Bosrock

Matthew Bosrock is the current CEO of Cake Capital, and has held various executive positions at Elucidate, Acatus GmbH, and S&P Global Ratings.

Bosrock began their career at S&P Global Ratings in January 2014, where they served as Executive Managing Director, Global Head of Developing Markets, Marketing and Franchise Development. In this role, Bosrock was responsible for businesses across all growth markets of APAC, LATAM, Russia/CIS, the Middle East and Africa, and led the company's market and franchise development strategy.

Under Bosrock's leadership, the business saw 18% revenue growth and expanded market share. Matthew also oversaw the production of all content and its digital distribution, which led to increased market relevance and consumption (increased 20 times).

In addition to their work at S&P Global Ratings, Bosrock has also been responsible for innovation and early-stage product development at Acatus GmbH and Elucidate. Matthew is a strategic leader in the area of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing, and has developed credit risk training and SME propositions.

Matthew Bosrock has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Boston College. Matthew also has a certification in Artificial Intelligence in Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
